Hi I’m Eva,

I’m a Positive Psychology Coach helping women who have spent years healing and understanding their past shift their attention toward the future and the life they want to create.

Create a Life that Feels Good to You

You’ve Done the Work

So Why Do You Still Feel Stuck?

You’ve spent years doing the inner work—making sense of your past, understanding your patterns, and trying to heal.

But that work alone doesn’t automatically lead to…

  • better relationships
  • different choices
  • or building a life that reflects who you are, what you need, want and value
healing means that We move beyond who we Became in order to protect ourselves and begin building a life from the core of who we Truly are.

HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU

Choosing the Joy of Being You © Course

Moving forward means shifting your focus from what still needs fixing or healing to what you want to create next.

It means asking “What do I want?” instead of always asking “Why do I feel this way?”

Choosing the Joy of Being You combines the Joy of Being You© philosophy with practical tools from Positive Psychology to help you make that shift and begin building the life you want.

About Me

I spent almost 20 years healing, learning, and trying to understand myself. I thought if I understood my past, my life would fall into place.

But after many challenges and some of the lowest points in my life, I realized that if I wanted my life to change, I had to stop focusing on the past and start investing my energy in the future I wanted.

That shift in focus changed the direction of my life and eventually became part of the work I now share with other women.
